Everyone was thoughtful and kind. I was informed of what was going to happen. I was given verbal and written instructions on how to proceed once home,including phone numbers in case of emergency or other inquiries. Thank you Rockingham day unit.

I gave very good but I would have preferred EXCELLENT. The physio I saw which I believe was Jordan was exceptional. He explained things really well and much better than my doctor. He had a marvellous attitude and personality I felt totally at ease and felt so much better after one short session. I learned so much from him in such a short time. Jordan is worth is weight in gold to you. Many many thanks Jordan

Everything went to plan , although I was a little early which meant I was sat on the ward longer than I would have wanted

Made to sit for over 3 hours when admitted for a pilonidal sinus

Not admit all patience at the same time for operations that are carried out that afternoon

99% of the procedure and the looking after me was very good however for me what let it down extremely was not having the sedation which I asked for. I have had an endoscopy twice before and the second time I asked to be sedated as I found it very uncomfortable for me. These procedures that you can carry out without sedation brings back terrible memories of my accident and subsequent operation on my C5 and C6 vertebrae this I found the first time I had the Endoscopy.

Yes given me the sedation I asked for prior to me going down to the theatre and I asked again twice when I was down in the theatre once during the procedure
